In order to be considered for this project you must be a high school junior in Binghamton, Union Endicott, Vestal, Maine Endwell, Owego, Johnson City or Seton.

2) A recent photo of yourself (no filters please)
3) A link to your Instagram and Facebook profiles
4) Parent/guardian name along with their email address
